HUMAN INTEGRATION

All human experiences are opportunities for growth and development.

The presence of each person affects and stimulates our bodies and our psyche: it is positive supports our growth and facilitates self-expression: the appreciation, acceptance, smile, not opinion, foster human relationships and create closeness between people. And 'when bad blocks and inhibits: repeated criticism, devaluation acts by lowering the level of self-esteem, creates insecurity and distrust in its possibilities. The human being is essentially a deeply social being that needs to be with others, have good relationships, be seen and considered, to be loved. Learn new forms of human bond and healthy and harmonious relationships is one of the main objectives underlying the Biodanza System. We need to put the heart at the center of our actions toward others, toward nature, toward ourselves.
